Two gazelles are waiting, trussed ready for slaughtering. On the right, a butcher cuts off a bull part.  The bull thigh was the most important piece for the offerings.

 On the left, after the beef carving, a man carries away the head. On the right, a priest  (hem neter) watches the butchers.  Behind  him, men in procession carry away the cuts of meat toward the temple.
