On the top scene, Ptah and Re-Horakhty are placed on the side of their respective chapel. This disposition repeats itself for all scenes placed in top. On this one, the Pharaoh offers some jubilees to Ptah while Re-Horakhty writes the jubilees on a tree. The main scenes are surrounded with small scenes with gods and the Pharaoh.
