This set
of panels is in the room 12 of the Louvre and carry the B10 to B14 . The comment of the Louvre specify
that it comes
from the small
temple constructs by Ramesses II in Abydos, maybe the temple
says ruined of
which Mariette speaks, close to the temple of Osiris.
. The set is reestablished with several photos.You can see the panels of the underside in detail while clicking here. The workmanship is beautiful enough and makes to think to the decors of the north chapels in the portico of the Ramesses II big temple. |
